Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to Lift Foils products purchased through Etoys (etoys.fr), an official reseller in France, for personal recreational use.
Lift Foils, LLC is the manufacturer. Etoys acts as a reseller and customer support intermediary.
By using the product, you agree to these terms.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Lift Foils warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Covered components include:
- Boards (structure and laminates)
- Foils, wings, masts, fuselages
- Mechanical parts
- Batteries
- Motors
- eBoxes
- Chargers
- Controllers
- Electronics and wiring
Warranty Period
The warranty lasts 1 year from the original purchase date.
Repairs or replacements do not extend the warranty period.
Commercial Use
For commercial use (rentals, schools, tours, etc.):
Warranty is limited to 90 days
Warranty Claims

- Serial number

Etoys may assist with diagnosis and coordinate with Lift Foils.
Warranty Service
Lift Foils may:
- Repair
- Replace
- Offer an equivalent solution

What Is Not Covered
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage or corrosion
- Battery degradation
- Impacts or crashes
- Improper use or assembly
- Cosmetic damage
- Unauthorized modifications
- Neglect or misuse
- Use outside of recommendations
Battery
- Considered consumable
- No guarantee on performance or capacity
- Must be charged every 3 months
Failure to comply may void warranty.
Shipping
- Shipping costs are customer responsibility
- Taxes and duties are customer responsibility
Liability
Within the limits permitted by law:
Lift Foils and Etoys shall not be held liable for indirect damages:
- Loss of use
- Loss of income
- Loss of time
The maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Third-Party Products
Accessories or components not manufactured by Lift Foils are not covered.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the applicable law of the country of purchase, namely France.
Legal Rights
This commercial warranty is in addition to statutory legal warranties:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years in France)
- Warranty against hidden defects
Pre-Orders & Backorders
By placing a pre-order:
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis
- Delivery times may vary
- Any cancellation is subject to a 3% fee
